With a strong technical background as a scientific analyst, Anastasia has broadened the consumer insights division of RDG, developing a unique and proprietary approach to help retailers understand their customers better than ever. As a qualified project manager, Anastasia has significant experience managing projects of all sizes up to multi-million dollar programmes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
David is an experienced Managing Director in Australian retail and property leasing. He has 30 years experience with companies such as Lend Lease and Noni B. Building a retail business to take to Initial Public Offering is a significant achievement and our clients are pleased to share in David's hands-on experience and expertise through the Strategy division of our consultancy.
Peter's 40 year career in retail began with Woolworths, Edgars and Milady's stores in South Africa. In 1992 he took on the challenge to turn Katies around for Coles Myer. Subsequently Peter started his own chain of 35 stores, which he sold in 1999. Since then, he's been consulting and mentoring retailers across Australia, many of which are in A grade shopping centres. He now brings his substantial expertise to Retail Doctor Group.
Josh holds an MBA from Swinburne, coupled with a deep background in retail implementation. He is our resident analyst who works on client projects and industry data interpretation. Josh is Retail Doctor Group’s Strategy Analyst and the go-to person for understanding how to efficiently run daily retail operations for big picture growth.

Abhi delivers transformative and strategic options to retailers, which places them steps ahead of their changing consumer. He has over 11 years of experience and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Abhi has worked with large technology clients and retail technology start-ups. As Retail Doctor Group's Strategy and Distribution expert, he leverages AI and machine learning to reduce costs and increase the sale conversions of retailers and marketplaces.
Dominique Lamb has extensive experience providing industrial relations and employment law advice to a range of small, medium and large businesses across a range of industries, having filled the roles of Chief Executive Officer of the National Retail Association and Director of NRA Legal. In 2020 Dominique was a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards. Dominique plays an integral role by liaising and advocating on behalf of retailers at Federal and State Government levels on all areas of policy.

Fran Ereira has over 20 years experience within some of Australia’s most prominent retail & technology companies including The Walt Disney Company, Sheridan, Temando, Zip Co and eWave. As an outcome focused strategic leader, Fran has overseen the commercial success of some of Australia's fastest growing companies in retail, finance and technology. As Country Head for Klarna Australia & New Zealand, Fran is responsible for the growth of the company's merchant network that includes some of Australia’s most well known retailers.

Kristian has over 15 years leadership spanning the UK, Europe and Australia in private and public companies across, retail, technology, advertising, ecommerce and consumer products. Prior to joining Kelly+Partners Group (ASX: KPG), Kristian previously held executive positions in eBay Australia , eBay Europe and Rebel Sport. Kristian was ranked as one of the Top 50 people in Ecommerce in 2020 by Inside Retail and is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Angus is a strategic retail leader with deep experience across retail operations, merchandise, ecommerce and B2B. Prior to joining Barbeques Galore, Angus was a senior executive at ASX-listed Super Retail Group, and was included on Internet Retailing’s 2018 list of the top 50 people in ecommerce. Angus is also a member of the Advisory Board for the National Online Retail Association, holds a Master of Business Administration, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dale has more than 30 years’ experience in the retail investment property industry, having managed and driven asset strategy for hundreds of shopping centres across Australia, South East Asia and The Middle East. During this time, Dale has been a major owner of many of the businesses whilst also investing in value adding retail property opportunities. Dale owns and operates Retail Partnership which undertakes repositioning and value adding of retail investment property, including providing strategic advice and consulting roles to independent clients being shopping centre owners and retailers.
